A fan favorite yet rarely seen Air Jordan sneaker will reportedly receive its first-ever reissue next year.
According to early information shared by various insider sources including @brandon1an, @zsneakerheadz and Sneaker Market RO, the Air Jordan 4 Retro “Toro Bravo” is slated to return during summer 2026.
Originally released in July 2013, the eye-catching colorway of Michael Jordan’s fourth signature sneaker is outfitted in a Chicago Bulls-appropriate Fire Red, which covers nearly the entire upper of the shoe. Black, Cement Gray, and white accents keep the pair firmly rooted in Bulls heritage. Although it wasn’t an original colorway from the model’s 1989 launch, the pair’s color combination fits in comfortably amongst Jordan’s other Chicago-styled looks.
While it wasn’t a one-to-one match, the “Toro Bravo” release of ’13 was reminiscent of a red suede Air Jordan 4 style which was memorably worn off court by Carmelo Anthony in 2012. The eventual public release featured small differences including its nubuck material instead of suede, different color placements and the addition of gray, but the key feature, its bright Fire Red coloring, remained intact.

And although the “Toro Bravo” nickname has stuck more than a decade later, it wasn’t an official nickname for the style. Instead, the moniker came from the similarly color blocked Air Jordan 5 “Raging Bull” (which loosely translates to “Toro Bravo”), a sneaker that in 2009 came packaged with another Air Jordan 5 decked out in reflective 3M material. The “Raging Bull” Air Jordan 5 would later release in 2021, but its Air Jordan 4 cousin has yet to receive the same retro treatment.
The Air Jordan 4 has had a considerably quieter 2025 than the Air Jordan 5, but there have still been plenty of high-profile releases, with more to come. May saw the return of the sneaker’s original White Cement style, and a Travis Scott-like Cave Stone colorway will be released in September.

That will soon change, as the Air Jordan 4 Retro “Toro Bravo” is now reportedly set to launch in June 2026 in both men’s (FQ8138-600) and grade school (FQ8213-600) sizing. Retail pricing has not been confirmed, however recent Air Jordan 4 Retros have been priced between $215 and $225.
