Charlotte Tilbury celebrates International Women’s Day on Saturday with the continuation of the beauty brand‘s partnership with the F1 Academy. To continue championing and supporting female representation, the makeup brand intends to donate 100 percent of online sales of the label’s Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray on International Women’s Day to Motorsport UK’s Girls Karting Academy.
The collaboration marks a new chapter and initiative for Tilbury’s company and the F1 Academy in their joint endeavor to support women and girls. The donation will fund free karting sessions for young girls, breaking down barriers to entry in racing.

The collaboration also brings rising F1 Academy star Chloe Chong to the forefront of the 2025 edition of the partnership. Chong will drive the “Charlotte Tilbury operated by Rodin” car, with bold signature night crimson and rose gold colorways, emblazoned with an oversize Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips icon.

Chong will also debut a racing suit featuring Charlotte’s empowerment mantra, “Makeup Your Destiny.” Chong is the youngest F1 Academy driver at just 17 years old.
In 2024 Charlotte Tilbury became the first beauty brand and the first female-founded brand to become an official sponsor of F1 Academy. The F1 Academy is a female-only racing championship founded by Formula One, supporting female drivers from all over the world in an effort to meet higher levels of competition.

According to a press release from Charlotte Tilbury and F1 Academy, 41 percent of F1 fans are female, a statistic that translates to a total season viewership of more than 750 million.
